I have been working as a consultant, CEO and interim-manager continually in an interna­tional context. With 25 years of experience, I have been part of many reorganization and turn-around projects. I have steered new market entries and projects, restructured and sold a company, managed a medium-sized publisher and a US-based wholesale operation as well as an entire production, developed international teams, coached and trained many hundreds of people in managerial and leadership positions.
