SMART CHANGE

We define Change Management as the systematic and appropriate guidance of persons, groups and organizations in order to successfully master change- and learning-processes
- with the direct effects being the achievement of the actual objectives and solving the problems involved,(= effectiveness and efficiency) and
- with the sustainable effects being the ability to handle change- and learning-processes professionally in general (= willingness and ability to change).

We prepare and accompany changes.

Together we analyze the necessity and the force field of the change - does this CHANGE make sense, will it be accepted by a critical mass? Which areas of conflict will arise, where does conflict of opposing interests arise?

We seize and bring up fears, hopes, doubts and popularity for discussion and transform the existing energy into awareness for the change. We leave room for creativity and participation, because self-developed solutions are the most sustainable solutions. We confront disfunctional behavior on all hierarchical levels and offer areas of reflection and support for a change in behavior.

Holistic Corporate Development (HCD)

Holistic Corporate Development comprises “Business Management” & “Change Management” and interlinks both disciplines in a unique way with the HCDN-tools “Business Management Tablet” and “Business Change Tablet / Business Change Inventory”.

The Business Management Tablet (BMT) displays a five-dimensional Meta-View on any organization connecting the “Business Model Canvas” concept with the “Holistic Business Management” systematic. The four dimensions of the HBM are concretized using the “Business Model Canvas” which leads to the five categories of the BMT.

The Business Change Tablet displays the impact a specific change has on the five categories of the BMT and the different organizational levels - from e.g. Business Unit level to the individual level. The summation of all BCTs form the Business Change Inventory. This diagnosis allows designing a tailor-maid change architecture.

The Business Change Inventory presents the summation of all change activities that are ongoing at a corporation by displaying their impact on the five categories of the Business Management Tablet as well as the organizational levels. This diagnosis allows detecting inconsistencies, contradictions as well as intensifications and positive correlations of the ongoing projects / programs / initiatives - which in reality in most cases do have a change character.
